Terms of use

Last updated:

This is a draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It applies to the games Office Mind Loop and Roastery Escape ("the apps") and this website.

Who we are

The publisher is CODIGO ARTE Kamil Szulc, Żeromskiego 9/1, 60-544 Poznań, Poland. Contact: i2p30mk+escape-room@gmail.com.

Using the apps

You may install and play the apps for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, under the terms of the store you got them from. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the apps or their content, except where the law allows it regardless of this clause.

Free opening and the full episode

The opening of each game is free. We plan to offer one optional in-app purchase that unlocks the full episode; it is not available yet. Purchases will be made and refunded through Apple or Google under their rules, and the price will be shown in the store before you buy.

Content

The stories, characters, art, text and sounds belong to the publisher or its licensors. The games are fiction made for entertainment: the offices, people and coffee situations in them are invented, and the coffee details are simplified for the puzzles.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the apps working, but they are provided "as is" and we may change or stop them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for a change that matters to you we will say so on this page.
